The big" S" - School

School can feel like a drag - homework, teachers, tests, exams. It can be difficult but think positive -  But it's always good to do your best - just for yourself. Doing well at school will give you more opportunities in the future.

No-one enjoys tests or exams. They're important but they're not the be all and end all. Get them in perspective - if you're too worried about them you won't be able to concentrate on anything. Have a positive attitude and do your best and you're half way there.

If you're being bullied either in or out of school, there's only one thing to do - tell someone. You may think that that will just make things worse for you - wrong. Tell someone either at home or at school - choose someone you can trust. They will take you seriously and will be able to help, they will know how much it's upsetting you and how much guts it's taken to tell them.

If you're a bully either to kids at school or maybe your younger brothers and sisters talking to someone will be the first step to stopping. Choose someone who will take you seriously and will be able to help. They will know that it is difficult to come to them and they will understand that you're not bragging or trying to be tough., opening up is harder than shouting down!
