Liquid Eyeliner

Liquid eyeliner is the hardest eye definer to apply as it needs the steadiest hand , but it does give the most effective finish. It can be put on before or after applying your eyeshadow, but if you apply it before it is easier to cover up any mistakes that you might make.

Step 1.
Positioning  the liner brush at the inner corner of  your eye resting on the top lash, sweep along the upper lash-line to the outer corner, drawing outward. Leave it to dry for about 10 seconds and go back over the line again for a striking effect.

Step 2. 
Brush it over  with a little dark eyeshadow using a small, pointed eyeshadow brush for a softer look. But be careful not to be too harsh or you might smudge the eyeliner too much.

Step 3.
It is generally better not to line the lower lashes with liquid eyeliner as this creates a very harsh effect. To define the shape of your eye, run a kohl pencil along the bottom inner rim of the eye.

Step 4.
Finally the top lash-line has been smoothly outlined with liquid eyeliner, while black kohl pencil applied along the bottom inner rim of the eye creates a smoky, sultry effect. Add a light coat of mascara for a  perfect finishing touch.
