Do you wear high heels?


High heels not only throw you off balance putting your at risk of back problems, but they can also cause sever ankle problems. Buying shoes too small or too big makes the situation worse. Here are a few thing you need to keep in mind before using high heels.



Heels too low...
If your heels are too low and there is no support to keep the shoe gripping the foot, your leg and foot muscles become strained. This may cause flat feet.

Shoe Grip ...
Shoes should grip at the heel to give support to the feet. Rubbing causes blisters. Loose shoes will strain the muscles of the toes.


Prevent Swelling...
If you wear high heels everyday , try to vary the heel height everyday. Always massage your calves and feet regularly, this will help prevent swelling.
